Requisitos para a Função
• Previous experience as a bartender in similar roles (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of mixology and advanced bar techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Confidence in guiding customers in their drink choices and meeting their preferences.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, wines, and other beverages.
• Punctuality and availability for flexible and rotating schedules.
• Adaptability to business needs and readiness to handle changes.
• Team spirit as well as the ability to perform tasks independently.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
