We are looking for an organized and communicative receptionist to join our team at our exclusive beach club, located in the stunning Algarve region.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming service. Your primary responsibility will be managing the reservation book for both meals (lunch and dinner) and bed reservations, providing our clients with an excellent experience from the moment they reach out to us.
Responsibilities
• Manage and organize the reservation book, ensuring the proper allocation of tables for meals and beds for clients wishing to spend the day with us.
• Respond to reservation requests by phone, email, and in person in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure that all reservations are up to date and that specific client requirements are met.
• Greet clients upon arrival, guiding them to their reserved tables or beds.
• Coordinate with the restaurant and beach teams to ensure the smooth operation of the space and guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservation changes and cancellations, communicating them to the relevant teams.
• Maintain clear communication with the management team to report any needs or operational adjustments.
• Ensure exceptional service, conveying the image of quality and exclusivity of the club.
Requirements
• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally in reception or service at hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of reservation management systems and relevant technology.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and ability to handle pressure.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
