Role Requirements
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of the key etiquette standards for table service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge in the areas of gastronomy, wines, and other beverages.
• Punctuality and availability for rotating shifts.
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus).
